Hailing from Boise, Idaho, Conrad “Furadi” Miller is an excellent professional pilot who is very active in the drone racing scene. After spending 3 years as a heavy truck mechanic in the Air Force, Furadi first took up RC Helicopters and then FPV drone racing shortly afterwards. Nowadays, outside the time with his family, he spends much of his free time working on drones as well as racing them with his friends.
You will often catch Furadi at the bigger racing events, from the Drone Racing League episodes to Drone Nationals Qualifier races. A few days ago, he dropped Team Hovership as a sponsor (amicably) to pursue a spot on Thrust/PCS. He currently is both a race team member and UAV tech support for his new team, which is a combination of PCS Edventures and their newly acquired company Thrust-UAV. On top of these groups, he also participates as a MiniQuadClub “All-Star”, supporting them and helping to educate pilots across their network. Recently, he placed 11th on an MQC race.
Outside of all of this, Furadi is extremely active across the wide array of social networks, from facebook and twitter to Instagram and youtube. One of the biggest reasons as to why I personally follow him is his fantastic videos on his youtube channel. From free-styling with tricks, to time trials, to racing with friends, to hardware tests. There is a steady stream of short-form and interesting content pouring out of him.
Check out his content, and consider following him where you see fit!
